What a beautiful day of progress, love, and family moments! ❤️
We started the morning with window shopping for beautiful tiles together with my husband James, our daughter Nyevu, and our son Thoya. It was such a joyful family outing — exploring tile designs, textures, and colors to match every corner of our dream home in Africa. ?✨
After hours of looking around, we took a break and enjoyed lunch outside under the coastal sunshine. We had beef pilau served with refreshing passion juice, the perfect way to cool off from the warm Mombasa weather. ?☀️
By evening, we finally settled on indoor and outdoor tiles that perfectly fit our dream home vision. We carried them home late at night — tired but full of joy and excitement for what’s next. ❤️
After returning home, we cooked a delicious beef stew with coconut rice — rich, creamy, and full of flavor — prepared together with the help of Mama Chogo and Kaschana, our wonderful neighbors. ??
