Black-Owned Business and creative workshops at Coin Street neighbourhood centre will showcase their skills on Monday 27 October from 12pm to 6pm.
This will be a joyful daytime celebration of Black creativity and entrepreneurship and explore a vibrant marketplace featuring 10 Black-owned local businesses offering fashion, craft, knitwear, jewellery, bags, and giftware: including standout
designs from Suck UK at Oxo Tower Wharf.
Shop local. Support creativity. Celebrate community.
Take part in family-friendly creative art and crafts workshops; from candle making to decorating trinket boxes.
Connect with emerging entrepreneurs through seminars and networking sessions focused on showcasing products, gathering feedback, and growing social media presence. Black History Month this month is about celebrating heritage, creativity and community; especially when unity is needed more than ever following the recent far-right march through our neighbourhood. This event is for everyone; young and old, neighbours and visitors to come together, enjoy a fantastic showcase of talent, and support Black-owned businesses on the South Bank.
