DAYTON, Ohio (WKEF) –As National Black Business Month continues in August, a local organization is bringing entrepreneurs, small business owners and community members together for Black Business Day in downtown Dayton.The event is hosted by the Innovative Business Resource Opportunity Center, better known as I-BROC.
