FINDING WHERE YOU FIT IN… (Increase Self Awareness)

Finding you don’t fit in is rough. It made me depressed. When I was younger I never felt like I fit in anywhere. I was a misfit toy. I left New York despite a successful career for many reasons but mostly because I learned how to become more self aware and find where I fit.

Self Awareness is one of the foundations of success happiness you can’t ignore. Do you want to know how to become happy? Become more self aware. Learn to listen. Learn to trust your intuition and trust your instincts.

In dealing with my anxiety and depression I realized that New York and living there was not the best thing for me. I needed to challenge myself but I also needed to find the right rhythm and pace that would allow me to maintain myself.
