In this video, I’m going to tell you exactly how I managed to saved 10k in 6 months, while still being in college and having 4 jobs.

1. Income breakdown
– At the time I had 4 sources of income that equaled a little over $2000 bucks.

Jobs:
Work-Study at my College: $1000
Working at Gap: $$700
Flipping Cellphones: $300
Daily Vlogging: $4

For a total Monthly Income of around $2000 bucks on the low end.

2. My budget strategy
– at the time, all I did was mostly save the bulk of the money
– I didn’t really have a system

Today My system Looks like this:
– Emergencies: 10% ( until 6 months worth of expenses )
– Investments: 10%
– Debt: 20% ( until Debt Free )
– Expenses 50%
– Fun: 5%
– Charity: 5%

Meaning: every time I get a paycheck it got broken down like this on average, however today i have multiple sources of income, and also have a fully-funded emergency account and little to no debt.

3. Why a Why is so important
– after I saved all the money since I didn’t have a reason for it
– I ended up spending almost the bulk of it.

Make sure to have a Powerful why the more specific the easier to focus on it.

4. What I learned.
– Savings money is simple
– But to be successful you need a system to help your money grow.
