Just to be clear this was not a social media detox and I don’t feel the need to quit social media. While I know it’s popular to do a “I quit social media for 30 days” type of video, this had more to do with the fact that I wanted to start a new channel, and focus on my business and public speaking.

I decided on quitting YouTube for 30 days instead of just taking a shorter break because it would give me an opportunity to do several things at once without burning out, and get some good data on how YouTube works so I can help you grow on YouTube.
