3C – Short Grain Rice

Dongpo Pork Chinese
2lb – Pork Belly
3ea – Scallions
8 Slices of Ginger, thin
2 Cups Shaoxing Wine
2/3 C Light Soy Sauce
2 1/2 T Dark Soy Sauce
4oz Rock Sugar

Puriyal – Indian
1C – Green Beans – rounds
2T – Shredded Coconut, unsweetened
½ ea – Chili/Cayenne Powder
1T – Vegetable Oil
1/8t – Musard powder
1/8t Tumeric
1/8t Cumin
2T Steamed Lentils (optional)
1 ea – Curry Leaves (optional)
Salt and Pepper – TT

Pilaf – Turkish Method of Rice Cooking
2C – Short Grain Rice
3C – Aqua Pazza + water as needed

French – Mirepoix
½ Carrot – small Diced
1ea Stalk – Celery Diced
½ Onion – Small Diced

Additional: Soft Poached Eggs with mayonnaise – Sauce (French?)
2ea – Soft Boiled Eggs
2oz – Kewpie Mayo
