Vlogmas Day 8 is all about juicing! Today I’m making my favorite green juice recipe that I’ve perfected over time, plus stepping way outside my comfort zone to try beet juice for the first time. I honestly don’t even know if I like beets, but TikTok convinced me to give it a shot! #vlogmasday8 #juicing #beetjuice #greenjuice

My Go-To Green Juice Recipe:
• 4 bunches of celery (yields about 20 oz of juice)
• 5 green apples
• 1 large cucumber (13 oz of juice – so hydrating!)
• Fresh lemon and ginger (for that immune boost)
• 1 whole pineapple (28 oz of juice – the star ingredient!)

Beet Juice Recipe:
• Fresh oranges (for vitamin C and sweetness)
• 2 large carrots (I don’t usually eat carrots either!)
• Lemons and ginger (consistent immune boosters)
• Small beets (wish I’d bought bigger ones for more juice)
