Grants for Minority Women-Owned Businesses

1. Female Entrepreneurs Business Growth: Up to $30,000 to nonprofits to support business growth and development for female entrepreneurs. Focus areas include capacity building and providing educational opportunities for women and girls.
2. Manufacturing Equipment: Grants to companies and nonprofits to offset the cost of purchasing manufacturing equipment. The purpose is to increase efficiency, productivity, and profitability. Special consideration will be given to businesses owned by women.
3. Two Spirit People and Indigenous Women: Grants to nonprofits for programs to benefit Two Spirit people and Indigenous women and girls. Preference is for organizations where women of color are the primary decision-makers.
4. Black, Asian, Latinx, and Indigenous Individuals: Up to $10,000 and in-kind support to Black, Asian, Latinx, and Indigenous individuals to create and promote projects. Areas of interest include publishing, music, film, design, and art.
5. Increase Access to Employment: Grants to nonprofits for programs to improve the economic self-sufficiency of women and their families in eligible regions. Programs for women of color are given special consideration. 
6. Small Businesses Operating Costs: Financial assistance to nonprofits, corporations, and small, minority-owned businesses to help offset operating costs. 
7. Business Accelerator: Opportunity for Black business owners to participate in a business accelerator. The program fosters entrepreneurial growth and facilitates their success as sellers.
8. Women’s Representation in Publicly Elected Offices: Grants to nonprofits for programs to increase women’s representation in publicly elected offices. Preference is given to applicant organizations where women are the primary decision-makers.
9. Women-Led and Black-Led Startups: Opportunity for women and black-led startups to participate in an accelerator program. Participants receive funding, mentorship, vendor perks, and will attend a reception to present their companies.
10.  Older Women to Re-Enter the Workforce: Nonprofit grants for start-up programs to assist older women to re-enter the workforce and overcome societal barriers, including ageism and gender discrimination.
