PHOENIX (AZFamily) — Drum roll please! The Phoenix Suns theme night schedule is out for the 2024-25 season, featuring events that are fun for the whole family.
This season, the team will honor military personnel and first responders, celebrate Arizona’s Tribal Nations and party at El Valle night — just to name a few! See the full list of theme nights, dates and giveaways below.
Coca-Cola & Fry’s Food Stores Tip Off – Oct. 26, 2024
Kick off the team’s first regular season home game as they host the Dallas Mavericks and receive a free co-branded T-shirt!
Dia de Los Muertos – Nov. 2, 2024
Honor the Day of the Dead in a thrilling celebration as the Suns face off against the Portland Trail Blazers. The first 5,000 fans in attendance will receive a themed scarf, courtesy of Hornitos.
Hoops for Troops – Nov. 10, 2024
Honor our military personnel, active and retired, as the Suns host the Sacramento Kings ahead of Veterans Day.
ORIGINATIV Night – Nov. 30, 2024
Celebrate and honor Arizona’s 22 Tribal Nations and watch the Suns play the Golden State Warriors. The event is presented by Gila River Casinos.
Christmas Day – Dec. 25, 2024
It’s a “sunny” Christmas this year! The Suns will host the Denver Nuggets for one of the biggest and best traditions in basketball.
Kids Day – Jan. 11, 2025
Bring your kids to cheer on the Suns as they play the Utah Jazz at Footprint Center!
Gorilla’s Birthday – Jan. 25, 2025
It’s the best mascot in basketball’s birthday! The Suns will celebrate Gorilla’s birthday as they take the court against the Washington Wizards.
First Responders Night – Jan. 27, 2025
In honor of those who protect us every day, it’s now time to give back and honor them. The team will recognize and thank first responders for their dedication and bravery to keeping others safe. The event is presented by Banner Health, and the Suns will host the Los Angeles Clippers.
Lunar New Year – Jan. 29, 2025
Celebrate the arrival of spring as the Year of the Snake begins! The Suns will kick off the celebration and face off against the Minnesota Timberwolves.
Black Excellence Night – Feb. 28, 2025
The Suns will honor and recognize the impact the Black community has made across the Valley during this special night. The team will also look to grab the win against the New Orleans Pelicans.
ORIGINATIV Night – Mar. 2, 2025
Celebrate and honor Arizona’s 22 Tribal Nations as the Suns play the Minnesota Timberwolves. The event is presented by Gila River Casinos.
El Valle Night – Mar. 4, 2025
Break out your El Valle jerseys for one of the best traditions in the Valley! Join the team and celebrate Chicano culture in the Valley for a must-see matchup against the Los Angeles Clippers. The event is presented by Dos Equis.
Women’s Empowerment Night – Mar. 14, 2025
Honor the outstanding women who have given back to the Valley community as the Suns take the court against the Sacramento Kings. The event is presented by CarMax.
Pride Night – Mar. 21, 2025
Join the Suns as they host the Cleveland Cavaliers for the team’s annual Pride Night. The team will highlight the importance of allyship and celebrate the LGBTQIA+ community.
Western Night – Mar. 30, 2025
Dust off your cowboy boots, grab your hat and belt buckle for this can’t-miss event in the Wild, Wild West! The Suns will host the Houston Rockets for a true duel in the desert.
Sustainability Night – Apr. 9, 2025
“Go Green” at Sustainability Night as the Suns host the Oklahoma City Thunder. Let’s work to create a healthy planet!
Fan Appreciation Night – Apr. 11, 2025
To celebrate the best fans in basketball, the Suns will honor YOU during Fry’s Fan Appreciation Night! And the best part? The first 5,000 fans will receive a Bradley Beal bobblehead! To close out the season, the Suns will look to grab the win against the San Antonio Spurs.
