You’re not behind, you’re early. Stop asking “Is this working yet?” and start asking “Am I building something aligned?” Your podcast doesn’t need to go viral to change your life. Treat your voice like an asset, not a hobby. Don’t rush past who this season is shaping you into. And remember, the podcast isn’t the end game, it’s the beginning of something bigger.
