Sheena Allen of CapWay on how the Sandwich Generation affects tech workers

Despite the appeal of higher salaries and great benefits offered by tech companies, even when Black Americans land a great job, they’re disproportionally more likely to financially support an aging parent. This is often referred to as “the sandwich generation”–the millions of Americans who are financially supporting a child under the age of 18 and a parent over the age of 65.

In this clip, we chat with Sheena Allen to share her experiences on what she’s seen during her career in technology.
