Guys I’m a youtuber and being a youtuber its like being a Car Sales men, except people tend to love you until they figure out what you are really up to.

But think about, I’m a car sales men and at the end of the day my job is to sell you a car. But not just that I own the space, I employ the people, I give out the loans and make suggestions. I control everything, except 2 things, the cars that show every year and the interest of the buyers in those cars.

1. You miss 100% of the shots you Don’t Take ( which is true in some aspects but true in every part of life, sometimes less is more )
– Joke: imagine me telling this to my wife, and explaining to her that that’s why I cheated
– Because we aren’t playing basketball and we are also dealing with real life consequences

Just Remember Three thing:
– The House is the Brokerage Account Robinhood for example: They make money whether you win or you lose, because you trading and there are fees yes.
– Youtubers: they make money whether you win or you lose, because they have your attention, you watch the ads, you buy the courses and you spread the word
– Your Friends: they don’t mean any harm, but they are just trying to put you on to something. So look at them ask yourself, is that who I want to take financial advice from.

2. 90-10 Rule ( I’m aware People Like to Gamble, it’s the Quick Fix Potential)
– So I want to give you a responsible way to do it, if you’re are going to it ( called the 90-10 Rule )
– Lets say you commit to investing 10-20% of your income and that’s $600 bucks per month for you
– 90% is $540 and 10% is $60 ( if it seems like to little you can do a 80-20 split but I don’t recommend it )

So here are the Facts ( based on Facts)
– The average investor doing things on their own makes 1.9% over a 20 year period ( and please stop saying that you made 300%, im talking about over 20 years total ) So your $60 invested per month for 20 years at 1.9% you’ll have $17,650.06 ( which is embarrassing )
– Now I have portfolio that’s public, and in the pass 5 years its made 90% but in 20 years it’ll average out to 11.49% a year
Results:
– So this way you’re like Hannah Montana, you get the best of both worlds
– You get to gamble but you also build serious wealth for retirement
– And who knows some of you might even pick out some good stocks, or crypto, but most you wont, but maybe you will ( but not likely)

3. FOMO
– That’s what I’m trying to make you feel right now
– The Fear of Missing Out and its very real
– So that’s you have to stick to your plan
