I feel like all the videos I watch on youtube with habits are about changing your life and your generations, but I rather watch a video on just how to improve your day step by step.

1. Clean your room and organize your day and stop telling your lies ( Jordan Peterson)

Clean your Room:
– Your room is an external representation of your mind, when my room is the messiest that’s usually when I can rarely get my thoughts together
– So start by cleaning your room small
– And then stop doing things that make it messy, that way you never have to a messed up room and disorganize mind.
– For me: I try never to put clothes on my bed or weird places, or to many things on my desk, because that becomes a problem.

Organize your Day:
– You have to plan what your day is going to look like
– Or else you’ll have a day or Netflix and pizza
– So write down an hourly schedule of what you want to do for the day
– Organize it from most important to least important
– And make sure the day you plan is a day you are going to enjoy and are going to look forwards to ( for that’s anime, the Mandalorian, and other stuff)

Stop Lying :
– Try to be honest with yourself
– What do you really want and why do you want it
– And don’t surround yourself with people that you cant be honest with

2. Exercise | Joe Roggan
– And its simple idea
– Look around you, nothing good comes from being unhealthy
– My dad past away partly because of it and a lot of my family members also

The bible says:
– Your body is the temple of God ( and I don’t care if you’re religious
– But your body is the only thing is that is going to stay with you for the long term
– And if you take care of it, it will take care of you

Start small:
– Start going to the gym for 5M a day
– Eventually, you’ll want to be there for longer
– But just start and start small.

3. Set identity goals and habits | James Clear
– When I wanted to become a YouTuber
– I asked my self what would a YouTuber to do
– How do they think, what do they do and so and so on

To the point where:
– I made a list of my top 10 YouTubers and asked myself
– Would this youtube do this and if the answer was no then I would do it
– Same applies to what would a healthy person do ( would they eat this donut)
Tip: eventually you’ll become a healthy person or whatever you want to because everything you do is just like them.

4. Use yourself as competition ( improve by 1% each day)
– Whatever is you want to do ( don’t compare yourself with people that already their)
– That lead to jealousy and disappointment
– Just gage your progress and yourself
Here is how:
– if you want to be a YouTuber. Focus on making better content every day
– going to the gym: focus on doing one more pull-up than you did yesterday
– eating healthy: keep track of your weight and how you improve

tip: you are your only competition.

5. Do more of the things that benefit you and also make you happy
– If hanging around with a friend makes you depress ( don’t hang around as much)
– If you hate your job ( just look for a better one)
– Its that simple ( do more of what makes you happy) and benefit you of course
– And of course, be responsible because we all have responsibilities.
