1. Success is not bought its Rented ( and you gotta pay that bill every day)
– Reminds me of David Goggins, that goes out running every single day. And he holds the record for most pull-ups in 24 hours, became a marine, and ran I don’t even know how iron mans.
– But that guy started out in a toxic home with his bad dad, being obese, and not knowing where he was going.
– But when you put in the work every day, you get results.

Same For me:
– The Reason I make a video every day
– Is because I know I have to show up every day and learn some new every day ( but start small )
– So the same thing applies to you, whatever you want, show every day and put in the work

Timeline: first 18 months you’ll see a difference but in the first 36 months you’ll be unrecognizable

2. Compound Effect is Always working( whether you want it to or you don’t )
– And it doesn’t have to be on large things in your life, but it can also be on the little things

For example:
– If you start by investing 10% of your income and let’s say that’s $100 a week
– And your friends tell you that’s a waste of time
– But that money is growing at 10% a year

1st Year: you have $5,720 and you invest $5200
2nd Year: you have $34,921 and you invested $26,000 ( and it looks like it’s a waste of time but it’s not, it’s working )
10th year: $91k and you invested 52k ( so almost double the money you put in )
25th year: 562k and you only invested 130k
45 years: you have 4.1M dollars

So it working, but you have to give it time to see the results.

However: it can also work negatively
– You eating an extra 150 calories a day
– Can have you 20-30 pounds in 3 years
– That’s how you see all those people that were fit in college, go off the real world, and you can’t even recognize them now

I want you to remember:
– This works for good and bad money habits
– Health habits
– Relationship with family, friends, and wives and husbands
– Pay attention to small things, because they compound.

3. In life you get what you tolerate
– If you tolerate disrespect you get disrespected
– If you tolerate people being late, people show up late
– If you tolerate working in a toxic environment, being unhealthy, being broke ( that’s what you’ll get )

How do you change this:
– You have to identify your habits ( your triggers )
– And you have to start replacing them with new habits
– And you have to work backward, you have to ask yourself, what type of person do I need to be to change this in my life ( a healthy person, the respectable person: and then you start doing the things that will make you that )
