– 1 Year Term
– APY is 5.50%
– Minimum is 0$
– I had their credit cards back in the day, that department did great as far as customer service
– And their 2-year term is about 5%

Marcus by Goldman Sachs:
– 1 year term is 5.30%
– Minimum is $500
– If within 10 days of you opening up your Cd the rates go up, they will raise rates for you automatically

Discover Bank
– 1-year term is 5.20% term
– 4.40% APY 24 months

Extra banks ( that I have never dealt with, so I just mention them because of their rates)
– BMO Alto CD 5.665%
– Lending Club: 5.55% Yiield on a One year CD but $2500 minimum
– They advertise to be members of the FDIC, so that should give you some sense of security
