The U.S. Black Chambers, Inc. (USBC) is shifting the landscape of Black entrepreneurship into high gear. Today, the organization officially unveiled the USBC 360° Accelerator, a strategic national program designed to identify, recruit, and scale the next generation of high-growth Black-owned businesses.
As the “national voice of Black business,” the USBC’s latest initiative is laser-focused on the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector. The goal? To provide founders with the 360-degree support necessary to move from local favorites to national mainstays.
Closing the Gap in CPG
The CPG industry is notoriously difficult to navigate, with barriers to entry often including high capital requirements and complex supply chain hurdles. The USBC 360° Accelerator aims to dismantle these obstacles by equipping Black founders with a transformative toolkit of leverage and resources.
Program benefits for the selected cohort include:
- Structured Mentorship: Direct access to industry veterans and successful CPG moguls.
- Access to Capital: Strategic guidance on securing the funding needed for massive scaling.
- Exclusive Networking: Entry into a vast ecosystem of peers and partners dedicated to long-term expansion.
- Multi-Channel Strategy: Resources focused on expanding brand presence across retail, digital, and wholesale channels.
A Strategic Investment in Success
For Ron Busby Sr., President & CEO of U.S. Black Chambers, Inc., this accelerator is more than just a training program—it is a mission-critical investment in the sustainability of the Black economy.
“At USBC, we recognize that access to capital, entrepreneurial training, and the right networks is essential to business growth,” Busby Sr. said in a release. “Through USBC 360°, we are equipping Black-owned CPG businesses with the tools and strategic support they need to scale, secure placements in major retail outlets, and expand across e-commerce channels. This is how we close opportunity gaps and ensure Black entrepreneurs are positioned to win on shelves, online, and in the global marketplace.”
How to Apply: The Countdown Begins
The USBC is currently calling for high-performing founders across various CPG industries—from beauty and wellness to food and beverage—to join this exclusive cohort.
The window for opportunity is brief. Applications are officially open now and will close on May 25, 2026. Founders who are ready to take their business to the next level can find more information and submit their applications at www.usbc360.com.
