So quick story, I was fat, I weight about 215lbs and my frame my height is 5f9inches on a good day. Within 6 months I lost a lot of weight, at my lightest I went below 160lbs and right now I’m at about 175 10lbs more than I actually want to be at.

Now why I’m I making a video telling you guys that going from this guy to this guy was actually something that I regret, the truth is I don’t regret it because I learned something very valuable that I want to teach you guys in this video.

1. Being That lean is Hard and Its not Healthy

-I had to count calories and try to stay withing 1500 calories per day

-Which doesn’t sound that crazy but it is, when you’re working at 10 times a week to maintain that body

-I was running a little over 20-30 miles per week and I was working out 5 times a week in the gym, along with daily stretching and counting calories

Here is what happens:

-I was done with that routine before 8-9am because I woke up at 4-5am

-You get use it to it, but it’s hard and you don’t have that much freedom as far as what you eat and can do

-And you’re body is less of body and more of a machine

2. Pros and Cos

Pros are:

-You look cool

-It’s like buying Lamborghini, it’s awesome to drive but you and the guy with the Toyota still have to follow the speed limit

-Well bad example, but healthy and elite are two different things

Cons:

-Lightheaded

-Obsessed over your body

-You have a lot restrictions

-And food becomes a big deal ( like you crave it )

3. What do I do now that’s different

-The best thing about building a good body is that you don’t require the same level of effort to maintain it

SO, these days:

-I do some home workouts 3 times a week

-And I run about marathon distance per week so about 26 miles a week

-And I don’t count calories, but I do track weight, so whenever I’m above 170lbs I slow down on the eating

4. Marathon vs Maintenace

-Sometimes being shredded is needed but most of the time you don’t need it
