1. Community Guidelines

By joining or posting in the Guapify community, you agree to:

• Be respectful. No harassment, hate speech, threats, or personal attacks.
• Be honest. Don't impersonate anyone or misrepresent your credentials, licenses, or results.
• No solicitation. Don't promote investments, "get rich quick" schemes, loans, crypto offerings, multi-level marketing, or paid services, and don't ask members for money, without Guapify's written permission.
• Protect privacy. Don't share anyone's personal or account information, including your own bank, card, or Social Security numbers.
• Follow the law. Don't post anything illegal, infringing, or misleading.

Guapify may remove content, suspend, or terminate any account that violates these guidelines, at its sole discretion and without notice.

2. Content You Submit

You keep ownership of what you post. By submitting any content to Guapify, including posts, comments, questions, stories, photos, and quotes or sayings (by form, email, social media, comment, or any other means), you confirm that it is your original work or that you have the right to share it, and you grant Guapify, LLC a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, edit, reproduce, publish, display, and sell it in any form or media, including on merchandise sold through the Guap Shop, with or without attribution and without compensation to you, unless Guapify agrees otherwise in writing.

3. Guapify Content, Quote of the Day, and Trademarks

The Guapify name, logos, designs, and original content, including original quotes, sayings, and phrases published in Quote of the Day ("Guapify Quotes"), are the property of Guapify, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Guapify reserves the exclusive right to reproduce, adapt, and sell Guapify Quotes on apparel, accessories, and other merchandise, including through the Guap Shop. You may share Guapify Quotes for personal, non-commercial use with credit to Guapify, but you may not print, sell, or otherwise commercially use them without written permission.

Some quotes may be attributed to other individuals and are shared for inspiration and commentary. Attribution does not imply that any person endorses, sponsors, or is affiliated with Guapify or its products.

4. Guest Experts and Masterclasses

Guest experts, hosts, and instructors share their own views and do not act as your adviser through the Platform. Recording, copying, or redistributing masterclasses, live sessions, or other Guapify programs without written permission is prohibited.

5. Guap Shop

• Purchases through the Guap Shop are subject to the price, description, and availability shown at checkout. Guapify may correct errors, limit quantities, or cancel orders.
• Fulfillment, Returns, and Exchanges. Guap Shop merchandise is produced and shipped by a third-party fulfillment partner. All orders, shipping, returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled by that partner under its own policies, which are linked at checkout. Guapify, LLC does not process returns or refunds and is not responsible for production, shipping, or delivery issues. Questions about an order should go to the fulfillment partner.
• Shipping times are estimates, and risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier.
